Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Humphrey Fellowship Program
- Applicants must be a citizen of a country that’s eligible for the program
- candidates must have a bachelor’s degree
- Have at least five years of professional experience
- Be proficient in English, and be interested in furthering your professional development in the U.S. You also must be willing to return to your home country after the program ends
Applications Procedure
Fill out the online application and submit all of the required documents, including your resume, letters of recommendation, and more. You’ll also need to write a personal statement explaining your interest in the program and what you hope to achieve by participating. Once your application is complete, you’ll be interviewed by a selection committee. The whole process usually takes several months.
