General Requirements for Army Recruitment 2023
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 credits (English/Mathematics inclusive) in WASCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. Additional qualifications for tradesmen/women.
- Age: 18 – 22 for non-trades, 18 – 26 for trades. RNs and Midwives ≤ 30 years may apply.
- Applicants must be a Nigeria citizen by birth
- Possess a valid means of identification such as the NIN, driver’s license or voter’s card.
- Must be mentally, physically and psychologically fit for Army trainings
- No criminal conviction record in the past.
- Valid birth certificate/age declaration and certificate of state of origin required.
- Not less than 1.68m for males, not less than 1.65m for females.

- Head to the official recruitment portal at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng/darrr
- Create an account using an active email address.
- Once registered, log in and fill out the application form.
- After submission, don’t forget to print your application and guarantor forms.
- Bring the printed copies to your local state recruitment centre.
